Zen Guitar.

i pickedthis book up abut 5 years ago, when i was just about ready to burn my drumsticks.

besically, this book saved my musical life, and i recommend it to anyone who plays an instrument.
really rejuvenates the musical spirit.

sadly, the author passed away last year, but there is still a website, if anyone wants to check it out:

www.zenguitar.com

I don't like the "Zen (something)" books. As someone who isn't Buddhist, but reads a lot of Zen-Buddhist books, essays, and practices aspects of Buddhism...these books generally miss the entire point of Zen-Buddhism.
