Ok, I went through all my .shn files for this show and Track 6 of Disk 2 and Track 5 of Disk 3 didn't convert. Can someone help?

did you run the md5's?

just keep trying the server or an ftp server.

All you can do is run the md5's if they fail then you have to redownload
