you hav eto export the file so that it stays transparent..hold on i am looking now

you can eiterh save the files as a PNG or in the HELP menu at the top there is an option to "Export tranparent image..." click that and it will take you through the steps

make sure al te images are saved as he proper files and in the correct folder, that is usually my problem when i am in the same situation :D
