Why can't I download anything?

I got the Ants Downloader and saved my username and password, but whenever I try to get a show the page says it cannot be displayed....So I tried to use the FTP servers and for some reason I can't connect to any of them because of my password...Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? My IM is Tigersnike if you could please help me!

i'm having the same problem. when i click to download a tape of a show internet explorer says "Action canceled
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable, etc"
I've checked the FAQ and don't see anything regarding this particular problem.
