Cannot login on download page

i was logging in perfectly fine earlier today about an hour ago, but now it is telling me it cannot find the page or whatever and it may be temporarily down, anyone know the deal?

Same thing here- I upgraded to dowloader 1.3 and thought I screwed it up ...... guess not (this time anyway).

as of 9:40 am on 4.8, it's up and running quite nicely!
