View Full Version : Can't Login, Download, I got nuthin'...

...I've tried at peak hours and non-peak hours...I've tried when I've been behind a firewall and when I'm not...I've gotten connection timeout errors and unauthorized access errors and probably an error saying I'm a moron too...I'm obviously registered and, yes, I know there's a lot of traffic coming through here but I've sat here for 20 minutes straight and tried to get in during a time when most people are asleep and I get nothing..I get nothing ANY time I try...I would love to be able to use this feature but I have no idea how I should go about seeing what the problem is...this seems to be the only thing having to do with the internet that's having a problem...oh well...sorry to be such a bother but I'd love some help here...peace...
its just busy.. even when you try at the wee hours of the morning...its still full of people who got in and are downloading while you are trying to get in...

Yeah, I figured that...my issue is that I can NEVER get in...I mean, I've been trying for a few weeks now and have gotten many different types of errors...I've been online with people who have tried to get on at the same time I've been trying and *boom*, it works for them and I'm still getting errors...I guess what I'm asking is this...is there any other reason than "it's just busy" that I could be getting shut out here? If so, what could it be and how could I fix/change it? If not, I guess I'm out of luck...peace...

If you're speaking about the antdownloader, the only suggestion that I can give is:
Start > Program Files > Antsmarching.org > Antsdownloader and re-enter your password. If you miskeyed\fat-fingered the keyboard, it could give you denial errors.
The only time I can actually get in is at about 6 AM EST.
well do you get any error messages ?
its kinda hard tot ell you what to do unless we know specific messages

10061 Connection Refused
Sorry I wasn't specific enough...
hmm well i dunno... do you get those at the same time? or at different times...
connection refused is probably just full.. assuming its separate from the other one...
but Im sure now that we have error messages Joe or Shawn will be able to help you more :D
i dont know much about this thing yet... i dont use it... but they know all about it

that damn antsdownloader...now every lazy person and there mother downloads shows, I remember before I could dowload about a show a day and now its about a show every week or two. I don't even want to download the new d&t shows, just some old stuff...:(
