Alright, about that sandwich... chicken salad prepared with mayonnaise, spicy mustard, lettuce, tomato, red onion, sprouts and salt & pepper on sesame semolina bread.

It was from Panera Bread company (only in MI and OH). Seriously the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. I've had some good grilled chicken sandwiches, but that's like comparing apples to oranges. :)

Sorry I wasnt on here at all the past couple days.

i was visiting my mom in St.Louis. And when I get back today I found out there were Terrible storms in my town and towns next to me..the southern part of my town was demolished..TONS of houses destroyed..tornados everywhere..my dad even said he was scared for his life..

So today i was out helping people and etc.
