I thought about this for a long time today in the shower (some reason all my good ideas come to my head in the shower:lol ). Everytime I have a b.f I am miserable.
So Im thinking its okay to be single for a couple more years.

Almost four years ago I fell in love with this girl but I never said anything until about a year ago (long story) and by then it was too late. Well, I came home for the weekend and tonight I went to dinner with my parents. my roomate (who i know from hs) had some friends, all girls, come down for the weekend. well my folks were here until this morning. so tonight i went to dinner with my friends and 2 girls that came down. through the night i started liking the one girl. i tried to make it kinda obvious and stuff, but my computer broke so I couldnt totally focus on her. i kinda smiled at her and stuff but i dunno if she caught on. i like her and she left and is leaving in the morning never to be seen again...:( :(

I have a similar story from orientation - there was a girl that I met in the beginning and that I talked to when we had an hour long break. When she left I asked what her name was because I knew I wanted to still talk to her. As soon as I got home that night I searched the internet for her. I couldn't find her on UM's directory, but I found her listing on MSU's web page where she had a personal site and it mentioned her boyfriend. It wasn't a big deal because I guess I was expecting it. I kept looking on the UM site and then realized I was leaving out a letter in her last name. I emailed her, told her how I felt, and she eventually got back with me. We still talk over email. It didn't amount to much, but I'm glad I got it off my chest right away.

Yeah and while I was at that restaurant there was this super hot girl working. I've seen her there before and she's always smiling at everyone (I used to to work for the owner at his previous restaurant with the girl I talked about earlier, so I'm always hanging out there when I'm up). I went and asked my friend who she was and he was like "oh she's 24 or 25, she's already been divorced, I wouldn't touch her with a 40-foot pole..." It turns out she's the front of the house manager, which isn't a bad thing, but damn, that's too bad. :(
