Login faster, download slower?

Just a question, since the server had been changed, Ive been able to login real fast, but the downloads have been going incredably slow. Something like 4-5 k per second. It used to go around 30 k per second. Anyone else with this problem?

my guess is since people can get the ants file easier, more are downloading..not sure though

I'm having the same problem. Before the new config I was downloading at around 70 KB/Sec, now it's more like 4 to 6 KB/sec. I have no idea why.
