Mkw Audio Compression Tool Promblem

So i Downloaded 3-29-03 fine the ants server worked perfectly, i went to Etree.org followed their setup of the mkw audio compression tool for Windows XP but when i put the files into the Mkw window it either wait like 10 seconds and says "no Magic Number" or it closes immediatly, i cannot figure this out i have been trying for some time and it is driving me insane............:(
help me please!

You need to run your md5 and redownload the tracks that don't pass.
