whats going on?

i am relatively new to the ants downloader and the first show i started downloading was 11.21.98 at the crown. it got to 20 out of 21 files finished and then there was an error, so i closed it and then reopened it and when it started up again i was only at 13 out of 21 files, if someone could tell me what is going on here that would be great
