Media Player Finds Info on D&T Shows

I was just listening to the Dave and Tim show from 3-31-03. I had copied the show over to cd but I did not change the track name or did anything with cd text. When Windows Media Player started to play it, the player had found all the track information and where it was performed.

How did that happen!?
