need help burning

ok...i have the show downloaded so now how do i get it onto my burner or how can i listen to it? but if you know how to burn it please inform me. thank you

two options:
listen to it on your computer, using the shnamp plugin and playing thru winamp.
convert the shns to wav files and burn as an audio cd.
