Know how to get in contact with this guy? He wanted me to B+P 04-04-03 for him, but he sent me 2 out of 3 discs. What do you do in this situation?

you did a B+P for me before, and I often do B+P's on ants now because of all the people that helped me in the past.....here is my take.....give him the last discs from your own spindle because you will earn karma points and you will make the kid feel all warm and fuzzy inside that there are actually generous and cool people out there.......Although I hate when newbies cannot follow instructions about B+P's, I have to admit that we were all once newbies and we all make mistakes.....but hey, do what ya want.......peace bro

if you have the SHNs you could just put those on two discs...

I say we all learn somehow. give him d1 and d2 of the show, and say he didnt provide you with d3 so he'll have to find that elsewhere.

everyone makes mistakes. whats a blank disc-- 5 cents? I'd burn it for him and write him a note letting him know that he was a disc short and to make sure to send the right amount next time. Unless you're having a bad day, in which i'd do what Erich suggested. But really, spread the love a little.

I am spreading the love by doing the B+P. On the email back, I put a link to my shows and told him to find the show and figure how many discs it was. I shouldn't have to pay for his mistake. He can send another disc.

you asked for other's opinions. I gave mine. I give freebies all the time, i figure a disc here and there on a bad b+p isnt a big deal at 5 cents a pop. It was just my opinion. You shouldnt have to pay for his mistake but you may make one someday and you may get a smile out of someone making up for it. That's just my point of view.

help the guy out...that's what I'd do...but let him know the business about all that...and yes that is my opinion...but you shouldn't have to pay for his mistakes but "...what goes around, comes around...";)

if you have the SHN, do the 2 discs, but if not, I'd just give him all 3 and write a note making sure he knows he messed up...interestingly, this same kid just asked for a bnp from me..I think I'll make sure he knows how many discs to send this time! :p
