i cant hear the beat on hte guitar...any one know this song? wanna help out..sound clip maybe
also i was down in the Virginia beach area 93.7 "the point"kept playing a version of this song...biut i dont think it was the counting crows ...anyone know who sang that version?

it is counting crows, but that tab is the joni mitchell one, just goto www.annabegins.com and goto the tab section and find the tab they use, you dont have to detune or anything to play it
