Becauses it's a way to grab four discs of rare tracks, rather than search out and trade for the 20-30 shows that they come from.

rare songs, shmare songs!!!!!!!!!! THIS compilation sucks, the quality of the sound that is......It sure sounds like MP3 sourced.....I just cant imagine anyone listening to this compilation, it makes me wince.....I scanned through the tracks when I got it and threw it right in the garbage can! WASTE OF 4 Discs...........flat out

bits of it are mp3 sourced. the best example is probably the "dont burn the pig" thats on it. i couldnt take listening to it with all the static. luckily, i had downloaded it. so, i replaced it with the don't burn the pig from 5.10.95. its pretty much the same thing, but a whole hell of a lot more listenable. that one track just killed me.

the rest of it isnt bad, really.

Well, either you can "waste" four discs and grab this, or trade for the shows that these 51 tracks are on, which equates to roughly 100 cd's. So if I'm not a big trader, and want to hear some rare stuff, I'd prefer to "waste" the four discs, than try and trade an entire spindle for these songs.
