I saw about 7 or 8 rigs last night, few in the back of the floor, two in Section 7, and one or two in Section 9 I think.

Anyone hear Craig's yet? I don't really have the resources to d/l both since I get a whopping 10 kb/s here (and I'm on a damn T1 line...but that's another story altogether). Just wondering what people thought of Craig's pull.

I'm still downloading it, the DL's running a bit slow for me. (stopped running last night. I've got a steady 25 going now though. :)). I'll give it a listen when I get back from work.

Comments: Much better recording than my 8/24...had better seats and learned from the night before to turn it down a bit. I have included "Jessie" from the Dickey Betts & Great Southern set b/c Carter came out to play some drums and LeRoi came out and played a little saxamaphone....please keep it with the DMB shns. I didn't break up ASTB and PNP b/c I wanted people who weren't there to hear how quickly they switched songs and didn't want a track break to mess that up. Great show, good recording if I do say so myself, which I just did.

How's Maler's? I think this tape is a bit better than Scott's. Any other opinions?

Conversion: Fostex D5 > Audiophile 2496 > Sound Forge 6.0 > CD Wave > MKWact
* Modifications on CMC5 Amplifier Bodies:
Mylar coupling capacitors changed to Wima MKP 2 polypropylene film capacitors
Faster JFET (J305) (fet bias also trimmed to match mics)
European BC transistors switched to Hitachi bipolar transistors (2SA1085)
Modifications performed in an effort to open up transient detail and microharmonics, while reducing the top end spit from the European transistors. The mids are smoother. The new JFET is a very fast rf device optimized for low noise at high impedance.
