I've got three pictures up.... not really great quality but you'll get the idea....

She's a custom order from Warmoth... Quilted maple top, hard maple back, gloss finish, ebony finger board with hard maple neck. For electronics, I'm putting in a pair of Bartolini M45C soapbars with a matching Bart H4.6 active three band EQ. (i only put in one for the picture) I'm also running in a two pole on-off-on switch so I can single out the front and back coils of each pickup, effectively giving me about 9 different coil options (since I can also isolate each pickup with the normal mix knob, the only options i wouldn't have are running front coil bridge along with back coil neck, or back coil bridge along with front coil neck) and that's BEFORE I start fiddling with the 3 band eq with the adjustable midrange.
She's not put together yet, at least for the while. (All of the knobs and pickups you see are just placed, not fixed) I decided to go with back hardware instead of the chrome I ordered (the knobs you see were pulled off of my fretless). So I'll have to send the chrome back and wait for the black to come. I'm also going away for a week, but that should at least help eat away at the time it'll take to swap out the hardware. But after that, it should be fairly easy... most of the holes are drilled already... except for the switch, the straplocks, and two little holes for each pickup. The main part I'm worried about is how to cut the nut. I haven't the SLIGHTEST clue as to how to go about doing that, so any pointers would be appreciated. Mind you that this is for a five string bass.... some of these strings are like goddamn telephone lines.
Anyway, that's my baby. Look, marvel at her marvellousness. Hopefully things will turn out as well as they should. Wish me luck!
