For the opening bit of the song, do you guys slap a barre on the 5th fret with your index finger and have your other three cover the 7th fret notes, or just put the index finger on the B string on the 5th and use the other three to cover the 7th fret notes? Thanks in advance,
Shane

No barre. Just use your 1 finger on the 5th fret then use your pinky for the hammer.

I don't barre, either. Just the first finger on the 5th and hammer w/the pinky on the 7th.
Sometimes when I'm lazy, I play it up top in the D XX0232 and hammer on the E.
