PW not accepted

Im new to this but Im not new to FTPs. From what i understand the pw is antsmarching for all ftp servers.. .yet i continue to get password not accepted.

this is my message from the ftp client

STATUS:> Connecting to momo.antsmarching.org (ip = 66.67.196.169)
STATUS:> Socket connected. Waiting for welcome message...
220 momo.antsmarching.org NcFTPd Server (free personal license) ready.
STATUS:> Connected. Authenticating...
COMMAND:> USER fast
331 User fast okay, need password.
COMMAND:> PASS ********
421 Sorry, you are already logged in.
ERROR:> Password not accepted
ERROR:> Can't log in. Disconnecting...
STATUS:> Disconnect: Friday 09:24:35 07-11-2003

To me, that looks like it is full. But I could always be wrong.

you have the password as only 8 letters.. it is 12:

Login: fast
Password: antsmarching

you may need to be in passive mode or have connection saver checked.

that message means it is full.... when it says "you are already logged in" it means all the slots for the "fast" user are used up.
