Sorry to have two posts so close....
Does anyone have the standard tuning for Kashmir? I found some that are DADGAD and I have no friggin' clue how to play that on standard tuning and I don't know how to tune my guitar to play that. Sorta stuck...
Any help? Please?

Don't know anything about the song; however, here's how to get to that tuning. If you have a tuner, loosen Strings 1(E), 5(B), 6(E) to D, A, D (respectively). This is a whole step down in each case (2 frets). If you don't have a tuner, try this:
From the top of the guitar down:
String 1: Low E tuned down to D (@ 7th fret [instead of 5th], it should sound like the A [string 2])
String 2, 3, 4: Leave em as they are
String 5: Should sound the same as G string (string 4) when G-string is fretted at 3rd fret.
String 6: Should sound the same as B string (string 5) when B-string is fretted at 5th fret.
So to recap:
String 1 @ 7th fret = String 2
String 2,3,4 = don't change
String 5 = String 4 @ 3rd fret
String 6 = String 5 @ 5th fret
Hope that helps.

Heh. I might actually get brave and try that. Although I should get my tuner (good friend of mine) to my house so he can assist me in doing so. I should learn how to play more songs before I learn how to tune down/up the guitar.
I'm assuming the tuning for DDTW is pretty easy, then?

Yep-- just take that low E and tune it down to D.
String 1 @ fret 7 = String 2
