If I exit out of bit torrent while downloading a show, can I go back into and it will continue where it left off like antsdownloader?

Yep. BT will check to see what you have downloaded and resume from there. Just make sure you point it to the same dir you started downloading in.

thanks, ive been downloading it for an hour and still have a while to go and I don't want to lose that.
