Alright, an RHD I work with has a situation. It is far too juicy to not get advice on. Here goes (condensed):
This hall director also works for another department on campus. He has another office in that building for that purpose. Today, one of his students came to his office in his residence hall to talk to him. She shuts the door and the very first thing she states (verbatum) is, "I want to kiss you." Now keep in mind that this woman is in her mid 30's, has three kids, and a husband (who we're trying to figure out if he's a prof on campus). He explained how all the logistics that any normal person might think, but now he's unsure of what to do if it happens again.
