I'm only interested in the 'winder's cold' part...

which i'm certain is accurate- from the farm aid [01?] performance.

but I'm talking about how he plays it in boone,nc 3/29/03
there is a progression of 3 notes played[right after the 6/8 slides], that go from a low sound- to even lower. it's very possible that tim plays these backing dave up- but if dave plays them- i'd sure like to know how.

I haven't heard what your talking about.....but it has to be Timmy. I only say this because Dave hasn't changed the way he's played Satellite since as long as I can remember(aka back in 94 or 95 or even earlier).....ENJOY!
