Then we have an "update" meeting. Its about bonuses and raises. Raises are based on 3% of the sum of all of the executives in the department's salary, then divided (by senior management) to each person at her disgression to the 20 people in her department. So if all the managers together make .5 million the total increase pool is 15,000, divided by 20.

Bonuses, are merit bonuses based on your number. There's a pool for everyone in the department and the money is divided based on your salary (there's a % increase cap), your score and your level.

So basically I'm gonna get fucked. I need to get out of here.
