There are alot of really nice guys on Ants who think that love and some sort of commitment is an important part of sex. This is a good thing and gives me faith in mankind. There are also a lot of guys out there who could care less if you want anything more than a piece of ass from him. You have to decide what kind of guy this is and then make your move. Or say " Look I really want to do you in the worst way ,but I have no desire for a long term relationship, can you handle that?"

I am sure there are a lot of men out there who can be both. As long as you know where you stand from the beginning I see nothing wrong. People get hurt when they are lead to believe there is more to a relationship than actually exists.

if he's your best friend- he should be able to accept it when you do something he doesn't agree with, or when you make a mistake [whether or not fooling around w/ his sister was a mistake]

also kinda sucks- cause if some other monkey fooled around w/ his sister, and hurt her emotionally- he could whip the ass. but you put him in an awkward position. now if anything happens- his duty to 'be the older brother' is interrupted by yours and his friendship.

might be best if you told her how much fun it was, but that it was a mistake, and it doesn't need to happen again.

fooling around with siblings of good friends is risky business to say the least.

if both you and her were happy with outcome, i.e. it was a simple hook up, and neither of you have bad feelings towards the other in the end, then it should be okay... why would he hate you if each decision was mutual... I cook, my girlfriend bakes. It works out better that way. She can cook some things, but she is a much better baker.

And I also got to see the girlfriend this weekend. Drove up to see her for the weekend. We had a pretty good time. I got in Friday night and we headed to Cosi for some coffee and food. We watched the "Orange Odyssey" DVD when we got home. She had to work until 5 on Saturday but I brought her lunch and we went out to dinner after she got back. After that it was watching the Baseball game. Sunday we did a lot of errands. It's always great to get to do normal things with your girlfriend.

ok, I'm soooooo in trouble.

There's ex-boyfriend number 1, the love of my life who broke up with me in May. We still talk and are talking about getting back together.

Enter ex-boyfriend number 2, we have dated (and slept together) since may but broke it off because it was too soon for me. But he's my best friend.

Friday night I was good and ready to go out and have a good time, so we (x2) go to Friday's 4 ultimate long islands and 4 chocolate cake shots later I was totally trashed. I remember getting into the car, but not the drive home, I remember telling him I didn't remember the drive home. I remember getting in bed. I remember him sitting down on the bed next to me. I remember asking him if he was ok to drive home. Then I had a dream that we were making out and I woke up the next morning butt ass naked laying next to him also butt ass naked.

Sure enough it wasn't a dream but I don't remember any of it, we apparently slept together. But not for long because I passed out halfway through. (I was totally trashed)

Now its kinda awkward with x2, but I told x1, and he wanted to kick x2's ass for taking advantage of me when I was trashed. I'm not sure whether or not I was taken advantage of. I kinda brushed it off as a stupid (ok very stupid) drunk moment and x2 and I resolved it the next morning. What happened the night before doesn't change the feelings I have for x1 and it doesn't change the fact that I don't want to date x2. What do you guys think, was I taken advantage of or does the fact that I have history with the guy make it better? I'm torn between the two feelings.

I don't know enough of the factors here, but 1) had you sex recently? If anything more than a week with regularity he definatly took advantage of the situation.

2) Was he sober? If yes, he took advantage of the situation esp. with what I asked before how recently had you had sex with him? If its been a long time he's crossed the line I think.

You know, all those many years ago when I was single there were a few times when I woke up the next morning and said of "OH Shit, what have I done", at the time it never dawned on me to think anything bad of the guy. Either because he didn't force me or hurt me , I don't know. Now I think well we should have both known better. It wasn't that I wouldn't have been with the guy were I sober just that I hadn't. he was drinking but not drunk, he was able to drive us to my house. He says he feels really bad and said he should have known better, its been over a month and we were just started to get back to being friends and now this. I'm glad to know that my feelings aren't totally off base, I just don't know what to do with him now. I don't feel like I can trust him if that situation were to come up again. (not that it should but...)

I can only tell you how I see things: A true friend would never do that to a friend. I hardly know you and if we went out for drinks and you got trashed and started hitting on me, you would have woke up fully clothed. I did willingly get drunk, I admit that but as to the willingly had sex with him, I honestly couldn't tell you one way or another. I have no memory of what happened. Not that it makes it any better (or worse). The friend/ex and I talked about it and we made our peace, the few other people I told couldn't understand how I didn't feel taken advantage of. One person even said that I could go so far as to call what happened date rape. I'm not going to go that far, but it confused my feelings towards the whole situation. I woke up thinking it was a stupid drunk thing to do, but between my conscious and my other friends I'm not sure how I feel about the whole thing.

I posted this on here to see what YOU all thought and since people here are falling on both sides of the fence I think you can understand my difficulties. I still want to put some space there and think things over.

Here's my tidbit...think PVC MINI go go dress, go go boots, crawling on the floor and having my Professor fiance' (at the time) say in a whiny voice "Oh my Goddd, that's so dirty!!! It's nasty, what are you doing???" To which I just about kicked his whiny little arse out my door...this guy couldn't survive without his chocolate milk in the morning...UGH...that'll teach me to play dress up...
