Damn it! The date I went on with this guy Friday night was like that. Nothing big, we just kissed and did a little feeling. I am not really into him, but it was super hot for some reason-very sexually compatible I can tell. He wanted to go further (big surprise) but I just didn't think it was appropriate (our first date). Well he has been trying to take me out to dinner this week and I keep avoiding him because I am afraid he will be expecting the same kind of replay and I just don't think it's cool since I was just "with" my ex boyfriend.

Yeah I know I am in control and he is a nice guy who just wants to "spoil" me as he puts it so i am not too worried. I just dont' want to look like a tease. The ex factor...we were together 4 years, it's hard to just cut those ties. I miss him though.

I understand, more than you know. My ex still has a huge part of me, and although we were so not good together in day to day life, the love we had...aaargh. Kell is an amzing man, so much more "healthy" for me and we have the same goals and dreams for our lives. It just takes so long to move that other person out of your heart and soul...many hugs:)

I got on the scale today to learn that I've lost 6 1/2 lbs since I had the flu. It was all fat that fell off based on diet alone. I'm going to run fewer miles, but I'm going to do it far more quickly. My goal is knock out two miles in 13 minutes.

I didn't concentrate on either of those for a long time. I just made sure that whatever I ate was low-fat and organic. Things like Yogurt, Eggs and unprocessed Oatmeal. Now it's more protein orientated for the sake of muscle-building. More yogurt, eggs and oatmeal, plus lots of fresh vegetables, lean meats and more whole foods like nuts, peanut butter and milk. Breakfast is usually a protein feast: eggs (by vegetarian hens no less), canadian bacon, low-fat cheese and milk mixed with Carnation Instant Breakfast. Lunch and dinner are similar. The snacks between are usually small carb portions...If all that makes sense...

High protein indeed. Sorry I've been a real post whore on this page. I also read recently that running long-distances will combat muscle growth. That's another reason why I cut my run from 5 miles to 2. Intensity is the name of the game.

The only reason I asked is because usually people who are trying to build muscle are also trying to put on weight, and to do this they either carb up or up the protein. I was just wondering which poison you preferred.

PS> I do low carb and my friend does low fat. She has lost 20 pounds and 2% body fat and I've lost 50% but way more % body fat. The problem with eating low fat is that it is usually low protein and if you aren't eating enough protein when you work out you start to break down muscle.

You're right. When I went through a period of eating only veggies and fruits with some grains, I ended up getting injured alot more. I'd be playing soccer with the guys actually felt more brittle...

yeah and I can account for that... 3 batteries later and its too much to use full speed you have to wait until the batteries are almost dead before you need it.

the other settings besides on.. are just a tease, like the rollercoaster, gradually builds all the way up then goes all the way down to nothing and back.. fucking TEASE!
