Piece of shit or not bad? I'm trying to find a semi-cheap guitar to learn on that isn't a piece of crap. I have the option of getting this one. Any opinions?

how much are u getting it for?.........i started out on a cheap yamaha and have recently moved on to a larrivee........in retrospect, i think i wouldve liked to learn on a seagull, cheap and good.
