I have not gave an in depth listen to either show as of yet. From what I have heard, Jon's has more bass, and Eric's has clearer highs.

I'm having trouble deciding but Naylors sounds better I think. Seems clearer to me.
eric's seems harsher to me than my tape, but i'm sure i am biased. :)

I know the ants downloader 2003 server is down, but how can I get a copy of this?
I tried messing with the bit torrent thing for about 2 hours yesterday and could not figure it out. I know it hasn't been 2 weeks, but I do know the show is out there. I was there, it rocked, and I have no patience whatsoever.
Anybody have any advice.
Did anyone else see Dave flip Brady Blade off right after he introduced him?

The Naylor BT is really movin' right now. Here is the link to the thread at the groove: http://www.sharingthegroove.org/msgboard/showthread.php?s=&threadid=29918
I have the ice version as well and will give them both some critical listening time through my headphones.

Thanks for the info.
I tried this, but I cannot get it to begin downloading. I thought I downloaded the bit torrent thing. I downloaded bit torrent 3.3.exe and saved it to my desktop and tried installing it. When I click on the link, it says to create a directory. I put in the place where the antsdownloader saves my files. After I create the directory, or at least I think I did, it just says click here to close window and does nothing.
Do I need to download something else or am I putting in the wrong directory?
:ugh:

I don't quite think I understand. When you open a .torrent file it specifies the directory and then just closes?

BitTorrent complete dir 1.0.1 comes up
it asks for "directory to build"
"announce url" and it gives http://my.tracker:6969/announce
"piece size" and it gives 2**18
Then I put in C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Music\2003\dm+f2003-12-22.akg481.torrent
Then hit make
Then a blue bar comes across the window and it says Done!
The box available is close
Then nothing happens :freak

:lol You are using completedir. That's your problem. You are creating torrents. Not downloading them.
Go to
http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/download.html
and download the Windows Installer. That should help. :)

It works. This source really sounds good, too.
Now I remember why that show kicked so much ass!

I have been trying to get either source from sharingthegroove but nothing seems to be working. I am not sure how all this works, but would it be quicker for me to get this from someone off aim? If that would work could someone help me out. I havent had this much trouble getting a show before and this was one of my favorites. Thanks to anyone that can help.

I'd almost forgot how great this show was.....I have to say that I have always liked more highs in my music. I can always add more bass. They are both great sources, but I have to go with Naylor's copy.
Thanks to both of yous for sharing the love....

Naylor's if by far the best.
Ice- too much bass and not enough treble
Kuklinski- too much crown noise and not enough bass or treble
Naylor- the clearest copy with the perfect treble and not overpowering bass
Thanks too all three for taping the show and getting out there for people to enjoy this kick ass show. One of the best I have ever seen
