Did my first open mic night tonight

It went pretty well , not too many screw ups. My friend got lost a few times with the lyrics but other than that it went ok . Hopefully Friday I'll have the recording and I'll get some songs hosted :)

cool! i did my first open mic over the summer. each player only gets to do two songs, so i did Waiting On An Angel by Ben harper and Visions of Johanna by Dylan. I have a recording of both and I'm looking to upload it somewhere.

They gave us a good amount of time ... I know #41 was 9 minutes long and I think maybe 1 or 2 of the other songs we did were longer . I'm guessing we were up there for 45 minutes or so .

Indeed. I love playing at open mics. Gotta have the drinks though.
