It's not even that I really care, it's just kind of annoying when you have a photographer who's supposed to be taking pictures of the band focusing on those girls. As far as being upgraded by the Warehouse people, that's how you do it. I stopped going to shows with my male friends and immediately started going with girls. Hmm, I don't know if that sounded gay or not, heh, but you only get two seats through the Warehouse ya know? It's probably a good idea to have your arm around a good lookin' girl when a burly Warehouse guy walks down the rows.

i ran into a warehouse guy at the price chopper when i was in NY and i was all " i came from texas... blah blah blah.. i have shitty seats..blah blah blah..."
i told him about my sign etc.. but my seats were SHITTY so there was no way in hell anyone would have seen my sign to upgrade me... oh well- i tried :D

I sold one of my tickets one time near the mall parking lot (back when parking there was allowed). People have to be really sneaky about it - those cops on horses have nothing better to do than to try and bust people. Even for selling tickets for face value, or less in my case.

How messed up is this y'all? I'm trying to get tickets to Woodlands night 2 because my genious friend never bought them so now I'm not taking him. But anyway, this guy yesterday said he would sell me his two tickets, and I asked him if it was ok if I bought them in about 2 days because thats when my new credit card comes in. He said cool. We emailed back and forth and I get an email from him today saying he already put them on ebay because he has gotten burned before, but I can bid on them now if I want. I've been to CWM Pavilion in The Woodlands, VWA in Selma, Journal Pavilion in Albuquerque and the Cricket Pavilion in Phoenix. The Woodlands is the best amphitheater I've been to.

Lawn is lawn, but if you get there early enough, you should be fine. Although, with the new Warehouse Preferred Viewing areas in the lawn, I don't know how it will effect the seating.

the woodlands marriot is directly in front of the pavillion.. they have an a/c skywalk that takes you directly to the back entrance of the pavillion.. that area has been newly developed to resemble the san antonio waterway.. its looking beautiful out there.. another benefit to staying at the waterway is no parking issues.. they don't allow parking at the mall anymore and they are very strict about that btw... no idea if there are any rooms left BUT the phone # is : 281-367-9797 and my room rate was $109. (i booked this back in april though, so they may be different now??)

yes, i've stayed at the waterway before. it is super nice and if you haven't been to the woodlands in two years you won't recognize it AT ALL! the area surrounding the marriott waterway has been designed to replicate the san antonio waterway... and they did a pretty good job.. this hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out ! i'm all for a lobby get together or whatever.. make sure you grab a copy of THE LIST before you head to the woodlands. my number is on there if nothing else ;)

THERE IS A NEW PLACE CALLED SAM'S BOAT. IT'S CLOSER TO THE VENUE THAN BUFFALO WILD WINGS.

HAPPY HOUR IS FROM 3-7 ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
$1.00 OFF DRINKS ON FRIDAY AND $1.00 OFF PITCHERS ON SATURDAY.
THEY HAVE POOL TABLES AND VIDEO GAMES, ETC.
THEY HAVE BOILED SEAFOOD AND RAW OYSTERS FOR 25 CENTS

**sams boat is great.. i've been there since it's grand opening a couple of weeks ago :D it's usually WAY WAY crowded, but i think we'll be there early enough not to have to worry about it !

Hour and a half for me if I'm lucky. I really wish DMB would play in Austin again sometime. Auditorium Shores would be freaking cool.

Oh, and you weren't expecting a Spaceballs reference to be challenging, were you? if it takes you an hour and a half to drive from selma back to austin, then you are driving too slow. once you get on the interstate it should take a little less than an hour.

if it takes you an hour and a half to drive from selma back to austin, then you are driving too slow. once you get on the interstate it should take a little less than an hour.

FINALLY ! someone with some initiative :D
yes, i've stayed at the waterway before. it is super nice and if you haven't been to the woodlands in two years you won't recognize it AT ALL! the area surrounding the marriott waterway has been designed to replicate the san antonio waterway... and they did a pretty good job.. this hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out ! i'm all for a lobby get together or whatever.. make sure you grab a copy of THE LIST before you head to the woodlands. my number is on there if nothing else ;)

this is a really good change.. BWW is a pretty small place in a shopping strip. Sams Boat is brand new with a giant patio bar and much nicer, better food, beer specials etc.. this was a really good idea ! :D
