heres my opinion on people who get flooded out.....

when my dad bought this house, he looked at the 100 year flood history, and saw that there was no flooding - we have a creek directly behind our house. every year, we get tons of rain, and every year i watch on the news the people at Darby Creek get flooded again, and then complain about it. yea, it sucks that you got flooded, but use common sense, if you got flooded once, its gonna happen again, find a way to stop it or move, cause in the end the flooding will cost more than moving.
