Ok, again I apologize. But I must vent and for some reason it's more rewarding to see actual words than to talk about it.

Five years ago today my best friend was killed in a dui. Her boyfriend was driving, and I am the one that set them up (which is where a lot of my guilt comes from.) Anyway, at the time her boyfriend was charged with involuntary manslauder, vehicular homicide, dui, careless driving, reckless driving and several other things but those are the main ones. He pleads guilty to vehicular homicide and dui and was sentenced to 11 ½ to 23 months in a county prison and 500 hours of community service. He did about 6 months, so while she’s been dead for the past 5 years he’s been out of jail for the last 4 years living his life as if nothing happened.

Ironically last night I was talking to one of my closest and oldest friends. John asks me if I heard…heard what I ask. Well it turns out that Paul was arrested in May and charged with dui and possession of a small amount of marijuana. On top of that he has broken his parole. So he has now been sentenced to 1 ½ to 3 years in a state prison.

What the hell will it take to frickin’ learn your lesson? Wouldn’t you learn after you killed your girlfriend? Why can’t I comprehend all of this?

Wow, that is horrible. But one positive thing out of it all is the fact that the asshole screwed up again and he's going back to jail. I can't believe they let him out so early considering all he was charged with not to mention the fact that his irresponsibleness caused the death of a human being, but hey. That's the justice system for you. :( Unfortunately in this country they tell you you're gonna do 15 and you do that divided by 5. Not fair at all, especially to people like you and your friend. GLAD TO HEAR THE JERK IS GOIN BACK TO JAIL THOUGH. Sounds like he deserves to serve more time than he's going to.

Ahhh the joys of living in a college dorm. When I moved to Bloomsburg I liked Dave. But EVERYONE played Dave ALL the time and I began to LOVE them. It was fabulous!! Many of the greeks sold tee shirts with Dave quotes on them as fundraisers.

Before I had moved there I think Dave had done a tour with DMB and one with Tim that stopped at Bloom. When I was there Stroke 9 played for Halloween :( and Joey McIntire (yes as in the New Kids on the Block) :mad: Yeah they were only 15 years behind the times getting him.

I had a nasty sunburn after my week at the shore. It sucked ass...I peeled and peeled until I thought I couldn't peel any more and then I did. However I am now suffering with cramps. I read and article one time that said that if the FDA would test alcohol and cigerettes they would outlaw them because of all the health risks HOWEVER because both make up so much of the economy (profit for stores and the fact that the govn't has taxed the crap out of them) there is no way that they will ever try to get rid of them completely.
