I went up to Star Lake tonight for the first time and I don't think it's close to as good as the Tweeter Center. The only good thing is that I didnt see anyone getting arrested for taking a piss. Plus there's like woods to piss in. The lots weren't near as crazy and neither was the lawn. It was still good though. The view is good.

I would have to borrow his car to go to the show, and according to him it has been his experience that the drive through camden is quite an "interesting" one and be it that I am already going to three shows this tour he wants me to sell the tickets. Is he blowing this out of proportion of his the camden area really that bad? I will prob end up going but just wanted some input from some of you guys.

TedCamden is a bad place, violence and drug wise haha. The drive to the Tweeter Center isn't bad though. You'll get stuck in a whole lot of traffic, but it moves. The streets aren't too confusing, Just don't get lost or you'll be scared. If you end up selling your tix, I'll buy them from you ;) I need tix for the 1st night and 2nd night. I posted this request in the 'Star Lake thread' by accident. I meant it to be in this thread. You should go though, Camden shows are amazing. Later

Go to camden! Don't worry about the area, your just driving through as long as your there during the day and then leave with everyone else after the show you'll be fine.

Yeah - the drive's not bad... it can be a little ugly, depending on which way you go to get there. I was at the T-Center for Sting last night. We parked waaaaay out by the Ben and Campbell's Field - quite a hike, and may be scary if you're not walking with some people. Traffic was a mess, but other than that, no worries. It's really not bad because you're like always with a group. Even if you're in traffic on the way out, it moves, and at least you're not alone.

As an aside - last night was Sting and Annie Lennox... and the Puerto Rican Day festival right there on the waterfront. Now, that started early, and they let everyone park in the Tweeter lots. Of course, it never ended, so we had to park way out back and walk through the PR festivities. Let me tell you... THAT was interesting, especially with some of the older concertgoers - they looked scared half to death.

umm... they are still pavillion!!!!

Tweeter Center Pavillion is pretty small, so any seats there are good. You are pretty much back of the pavillion, but to tell the truth, they are still kick ass seats. Enjoy my friend!

Yeah, I looked at the seating chart. I'm just wondering, since I don't have the tickets in hand yet, what seat numbers I get and where they are in the section. I'm sure they won't be that bad, I just want my friend to have a good experience at her first DMB show. Then maybe I'll have someone on the east coast to always go to shows out there with :)

I just wish the people who I was thinking of going with to Night 1 were still going :( ......But at least I don't need to take the full week off of work.

HOTELS- Stay in south Jersey somewhere outside of camden...My opinion the Hilton in Cherry Hill 10 minutes top from Camden, very nice.
Weather- Its hot today could range from 80-95 not a big deal.
