I saw them last night at Merriweather . . . a great show. The LIOG jam was hot - lasted about 12 - 15 min! Even I did it sounded good! And the new songs have really come together since I saw them at SPAC, especially Sugar Will.

The final and last list has been sent. :D I had an email message error afterwards, so I sent it again. I printed my list out so that I just see ants name, cell, and real name, and I laminated it like a little phone card. I am so cool, I love myself. :p 35 peeps are on the list. This is going to be so much fun. Next year, Beth is going to come and stay at my place and come with us. (OK Beth?) I am so freakin excited I can't even work. I am all jittery.

I am bringing some chairs, some food, some drinks, some music. I think I will probably park in the first free lot I find (jai lai). Anyone have ideas on how we are meeting up? Or just randomly call each others cells???

Almost forgot about a conflicting concert issue for Sat night show: at the Civic Center is Prince. Same thing happened last year (it was Cher. Something about these 1 name artists!), it makes downtown a bit fucked up and the highways are worse too. Expect lots of State Police in the Hartford area on 84 & 91 Saturday.

That "mini-van" is actually a huge ass Infinity SUV. I'm actually driving up seperately, The big gray school bus , as it's referred to, is full so I opted to take one for the team. I do live literally next door. We were hanging out til 12 last night with friends, then up at 4 to go to work (that's where I am now) so I can leave shortly to get ready for the festivities. I'm really looking forward to a strong show (= better than last year). Hope to meet you up there, I'll be wearing a "CURE AUTISM NOW" t-shirt. I think I'll be the only one with it :lol

Actually I'll be up at the Former Red Roof around 4ish, the VIP lot opens 2 hours before the show. I like it for the security! If anyone plans on parking in the "FREE" lot before the bridge, it takes a reallllllly long time to get out of there. That's also where the riots were a few years back, just a little FYI.

My cell phone number is on Heather's list, just call. I'd love to meet up with some ants, other than the dozen or so I'm already expecting to meet up with this afternoon.

Thats too weird, my friend backed out on me last minute too.
You should find out the Amtrack (it leaves from the PA too!)schedule to Harford, it would probably be faster at that time then dealing with the traffic and the station isn't that far away from the meadows. Also Metro North goes as far as New Haven, you could meet him there. I mean really you might miss some of the show if you wait, and all the tailgating!! ;)
