Yes I have had some pretty wild dreams. I have had many dreams about aliens - mostly where I can see which humans are really aliens and I can fly and chase them. Sometimes I get overwhelmed though. Destruction dreams can be very scary - I've seen Toronto vaporized by a nuclear missile before watching from the top of Richmond Hill and still feeling the heat. that was bad. Horror dreams like being attacked by huge dogs or panthers when I am stuck and can't move. I hate not being able to move.

Wow, intense. My dreams are usually where I can't save my daughter from something terrible, or being kidnapped, or tortured. But yes, I dream of monsters also. I usually scream out loud while sleeping, kick, punch, etc. My boyfriend doesn't appreciate this, as you can imagine. Sometimes I wake up crying. I am happy when I actually have a good dream, and especially a DMB dream. So, why are we nuts in our dreams??? Is it because we are crazy in reality? What does the dream doctor say to you? I have never flown in my dreams, but I think that would be fun.

I have vicodin right now , but the percosets(sp?) they gave me at the hospital were better . 2 bones near my ankle , its pretty ugly . The first doctor the showed me my x-rays , the first words out of his mouth were "you need surgery".Then the OS came over and told me that if he could get my bones back in place perfect , tyhat I might not need surgery .... so he set it in place and got it pretty much perfect . Not absolutely perfect , but close . I'm gonna see him Wednesday to get more x-rays done and see what he says . Fuck surgery , I'm not doin it .

Just got back from Harborfest 04' in Oswego, what a blast!!
I've never seen so many people party in one place!
Lot's of cool local bands and great food and fireworks. I'd recommend going next year to everybody (Still, not as good as a DMB show!:) )

I am proud, and no I didn't give up a month. I found that out on the Monday that there course was on the Tuesday. Too late and I was hoping that Toronto would have had a course on offer after that. In fact them putting me in the two day course left me so angry that I really didn't think straight - I mean I was pissed! I figured for sure one of the sites would have another July date but I kinda screwed myself didn't I?
We had a bloody good time at Darien though - wouldn't you have done the same?

Now I wish I had a glass of milk. We had a feast lat night.
About 36 fresh shrimp hanging off two huge martini glasses filled with cocktail sauce.
BBQ Ribs, NY Striploin, baked potato, sauteed mushrooms and onions as well as 36 more shrimp that had been grilled.
Caesar salad to finish. (the girls had dessert the boys had more beer and then we all played retro video games on the X Box - Pac-Man, Dig Dug etc.)
I didn't think I could possibly be hungry today but there's always people talking about lunch around this time. Glad I brought mine!

Did anybody notice night 1 how the lyrics to DDTW were sliced up a bit? He messed up the 2nd verse. I was amused. Damn, what a good performance of the song. Wow. I cant get enough of listening to it.

Also, I find it amusing how we only had 1 Everyday show that night. And it was only 3 and a half minutes long. Man, what an amazing show.

Oh, by the way - as long as im mindlessly praising wonderful music - Boyd's solo at the end of Billies gives me goose bumps. I own all the releases and about 20 shows, and I swear that is my favorite Boyd performance from any of them. So, so, so good.

i went to jazzfest in new orleans this year for the first time.. we got rained out the first weekend, but still had a good time. who's gonna be there when you go?

I saw that you were at Jazz fest, I'm just going to the one in CT. its actually pretty cool though cause you camp out at the same place as the festival and wake up to great music and alligator omelets. There is nothing quite like Jazz Fest in New Orleans, when we went there were some bug name bands i.e. Lenny Kravitz, but mostly we just checked out the smaller stages. Nathan and the Zydeco Cha Chas is now one of our favorites. I can't find a list of musicians but its a pretty big deal in CT so I expect some good tunes., if not theres boating and a few inground pools we like playing horseshoe's and theres a swing set that holds big kids (I like to swing in the moonlight and check out the stars) Oh that thought just made me happy. Come on Friday!

does anyone know if there is a dvd out for spac night 2word of advice...do not ask for dvds until someone that would know what they're talking about in the community says there is one. if tapers see a bunch of people asking they're to get upset at people being impatient. if someone does say that something is being worked on do not ask for it until it is released, otherwise the taper/author may not release it. its sort of the way things go in the community (unless you're talking about sinclair).

also note, after a tour ends it is ok to ask if something is being worked on...but again, if it hasn't been released dont go begging for it.

anyway, thats what i've learned from talking to some of the tapers.
