I'm working on the big trip this year, and I had some questions regarding tickets someone might be able to help me with. When I request my tickets for most shows, I only request reserved because I think it is usually pretty easy to get lawn seats at the venue. I also don't want to take another WH member's seats if they'd like to have them in advance (I don't mind making the trip w/o tickets because I've never had problems finding some). I was just wondering if it is possible to find lawn seats before the Gorge shows. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt

you won't have a problem getting lawn at any time.

I actually gave a pavillion ticket away for night 2 last year. (but it was to Marcelo, just 'cause he's so damn cute ;) )

My buddy that went to the Gorge with me in 2002 hopped on a 1200 mile road trip without tickets to any of the shows. He had no problem getting tickets...in fact, his seats were pavillion every night.
The coolest was for the third night, we were sitting in the parking lot and some girl asked if anyone needed a ticket. My friend jumped up and asked her how much. She suggested $20. He jumped on it, and sure enough, the ticket was 10th row center. He has a pretty distinctive voice, and I can hear him yell "DREAMING TREE" on the Haag recording of the show about 10 seconds before they played it. I remembered to listen for it because he told me the whole story about how they played his request after the show. Pretty cool, I thought.
Okay, that drifted off subject a bit, but in conclusion, you won't have a problem getting tickets.

I know I already asked this in the Random Thread, but I figure it couldn't hurt asking it on the DMBc section as well...
which order should I try to get tickets in?
I was thinking night 3, night 1, night 2... any suggestions?

Night 2 will be the most popular, followed by night 3, and then night 1.
