Alright, I know this happened to one other person in the Mansfield thread, so I might as well open it up to everyone. Three part question, here goes.
For anyone who used the Ticketfast option through Ticketmaster, has anyone else not received tickets yet? If you do have them, how long did it take? And if not, were you using a Hotmail account?

Although somewhat unrelated, I bought Houston Texans tickets last year this way. Waited a few months and didn't receive anything. Finally called and had it within an hour.

I don't know if this will help you, but here it is. This morning I checked my email and no ticketmaster tix. I then logged on to ticketmaster.com and into my account. The status page said I should have received my tix by now, so I went back to my inbox and there it was. I don't know if it was a wierd coincedence :confused: or if the email was sent after I checked my order status. Needless to say I printed my tickets today. They have a customer service dept. so maybe if that doesn't work contact them. Good Luck

hmm, have you checked your bulk mail in hotmail?

All I've got so far on the order page is:
"Your tickets have been purchased and are in the process of being printed."
Nothing in the junk email folder (it would only be deleted from -that- folder if it was there for 7 days, it's only been 2.).
The only thing I've noticed is the "Order Processing Charge" is 0.00. I could've sworn it was $4 on Saturday. *shrug* Thanks for replying everyone, I'll probably end up having to call and tell them to send it to another non-web browser based email account.

Funny you mention this because I noticed that also on my final charge of $140. It was $144 on Saturday. :confused:
The message on your account page will say the tickets have already been printed or something to that effect. I used my AOL account.

Everyone is so impatient. I think TM tells you that it may take a couple of days to get your tix.

The point is I paid extra for the option cause I wanted to have them printed already, and last year I was holding tickets 2 minutes after I bought them. A couple days would be good if I used a regular mailing option. It's called Ticketfast for a reason...
