Yeah it's the Japanese Thermal Ionic Straightening Process. Usually it's $400 and up, but I talked the guy down to $300. I think it will last 8 months to a year. Most people just get it done once a year. This is my first time, so i am going to see how it goes. I can't wash it until Saturday b/c it still has to set, so i haven't formed my opinion yet. So far so good though.

PS. Took 3 hours to do. Good think I had lots of homework!

300 bucks isn't that bad. Hopefully it doesn't require any work when you get out of the shower. That is one of the benefits of curly hair. I just throw some gel in and I am off to go. :)

That is exactly what I use to do, but it's so damaging to your skin and hair. I can't wait to see what will happen when i let it dry naturally.

It would still be nice to not have to do anything to my hair.
