Susquehanna Bank Center - Question about Seats
Hi all!
I have happened upon some tickets for Camden and I was wondering if you all could tell me a bit about the venue. I have never been here before so I was hoping the Ants community could help. First is parking paid or is it free? Secondly, I have happened upon some tickets for Saturday Nights show for face in section 100, in the second row. Can I expect a good view of the stage from here? Also, when Dave comes to this venue does Night 1 usually provide some good concerts, or does the better one occur on the second night? I am coming up from Maryland and trying to decide which night I would like to attend. Thanks for all the input! |
Re: Susquehanna Bank Center - Question about Seats
go to both
it's one of the front sections so I'm sure it's a great seat and if you need a seat buddy, let me know:evil |

Or you can park in Philly and take the Ferry over to Camden...usually around the same price as parking in Camden, but if youre lucky and catch an early ferry after the show, you can be on the road in no time instead of being stuck in the lot. N1 shows in Camden can be good, but normally N2 is the better show.. Section 100 is all the way on the right hand side of the stage(Rashawn and Jeff's side) and they are angled....but its still second row, so I would go for it....in fact, id goto both lol....there are hotels in the city if you need to stay somewhere, and if you want, there is a hotel on the Philly right on the river at Penns Landing....definitely goto both shows...its worth it :D |
Re: Susquehanna Bank Center - Question about Seats
wow, I totally skimmed over that and did not notice it said second row
definitely get those tickets :thumbsup |
Re: Susquehanna Bank Center - Question about Seats
get em..last year parking was 20 bucks
as for n1 or n2, it doesnt matter the venue, n2 is usually better (but not always) in my experience |

Looking through the set lists it appears that the past two years Night 2 was the winner but some of the years before it it seemed Night 1 might have had a bit of an edge. I will do my best to get my wife on board for both nights though, that would make this the best Dave summer I have ever had. She's a bigger fan than I am so it shouldn't be too hard. |
Re: Susquehanna Bank Center - Question about Seats
If you're in section 104 or 100, and your seat number is higher than 10 (maybe even 5), then I highly recommend getting a different ticket. I learned this the hard way.

While 2nd row always sounds awesome, if you're too close to the front in Section 100 or 104 at Camden and you're too far to the outside aisle, you won't be able to see much at all. I sat 100 row E at Phish there in 2003, and we were about 6 seats in from the outside aisle. The setup that year was Page - Trey - Mike, with Fishman playing behind Trey. We were just barely able to see Mike if he wasn't singing, had good views of Page and Trey, and could had a view of about 2/3 of Fishman's kit. At Camden, if you're in Section 100, Row B, and your seat is between like 1 and 8, you'll be in good shape; if it's 9 through the outside aisle, probably not the best view if you want to see the entire stage. |
Re: Susquehanna Bank Center - Question about Seats
i sat in that same section, same row, and really didnt like it. It depends on your seat number, but a seat in 101 or 103 from 10-20 rows back might be better.
