Re: Do you regret getting a DMB tattoo?
You might not like it in 50 years when your eight looks like a lump of dung.
Do what you like, though! :) J. |

Re: Do you regret getting a DMB tattoo?
I have one and don't regret it at all. I didn't get the firedancer or dancing 8, but lyrics from Billies which I used as part of a tattoo that has a couple of personal things going on in it.

Re: Do you regret getting a DMB tattoo?
Don't get a band tattoo. Chances you're under 30, and in 20 years you will regret it. It's trashy to boot.

see that's the thing the Dancing 8 is not directly affiliated with DMB, the Firedancer is so unless you are a DMB fan you would just think it was in my description "a funky dancing dude" |
Re: Do you regret getting a DMB tattoo?
Good poll. I'm interested to see how this turns out.

Re: Do you regret getting a DMB tattoo?
I know a girl with a firedancer tattoo. You can't really make it out. she's hot. I did her, but it was before she got the tattoo. End of story

if you are going to get a tattoo (personally i don't have any desire to) try to be original atleast, you owe it to yourself.

As for me, I got "Eat, Drink, and be Merry" because that line to me has both religious meaning and it's obviously from Billies. As for the religious aspect, I don't consider myself overly religious or holy by any stretch of the imagination, but I do think the message in that particular story from the bibly is an important one, so I got it as a reminder for myself. Some people laugh, some think it's cool, but that's not why I got it. :) |

Re: Do you regret getting a DMB tattoo?
The firedancer is way lame to get as a tattoo, but I think the prize for worst DMB related tattoo has to go to people who get the BtCS coffee rings. Ew.
I thought about getting 'seek up' on my wrist one time but I think I'll reconsider it if I still want it in ten years. Which I'm going to guess isn't going to happen. |
