The thing about the Stone is that the song/lyrics are badass and amazing, respectively, but the vocal part of the song isn't necessarily the best thing to show off your chops in a singing competition.

Right, which is why on the American Idol twitter-posted song list, they included songs from bands other than Queen...;)

It says it on the song list: there are judge's choice songs in addition to your Queen song
