My dogs are named Dexter and Tobias, two characters from my favourite television shows. And they are really quite fitting names as one is blood thirsty and the other is a bit of a gay boy pansy.

I think when I graduate I'm getting a Chesapeake Bay Retriever or a Lab, I haven't decided yet. But I want him/her to have a badass name.

I read a story about a guy who owned a Japanese Tosa named Trixie. These guys started mugging him and he called out to her and they started laughing..then she came stumbling around growling and shit and the muggers ran off.

My dog's full name is Maximus Decimus Meridius.

We call him Max most of the time though.

While the full name is pretty cool, Max is way overplayed. I'm thinking a badass name would be along the lines of "VICK" or something.

Captain Capernicus - not my dog, but I like the idea of naming him Captain something or Mr. something whenever I do get a dog.

And my sister's friend's dog's name is D O G (pronounced Dee O Gee)

Well obviously he's named after Russell Crowe's character in gladiator. My family calls him max most of the time, but I enjoy calling him Maximus often.

That's my black lab.

I have been criticized for naming her Snoop even though she is a female, but then along came the badass female character Snoop on "The Wire".

I have been vindicated.

My friend named his dog Samuel L. Jackson. He said the lady at the pet store laughed at him when he was getting it's dog tag made :lol
