People who do yoga are equally as annoying as people who do crossfit. Actually, it's just the douchebags (boys and girls) that talk about either like, if you're not doing it, you're not really working out.
The exact same benefits you can get from yoga, you can get from crossfit. Quite frankly, any workout and diet regime would offer similar results.
