Even better than peanut butter and banana is peanut butter and banana jam. My girlfriend's mom makes some amazing fuckin jam. She made it for a friend, my brother, and my parents for Xmas and they have all been freaking out and are demanding more.

My friend came up with the brilliant idea of mixing it with cream cheese

with the PB and Banana, how do you prepare it? i used to go with (creamy) peanut butter on both sides of the bread, then slice the bananna lenthwise and put on the bread, but have since switched to slicing the banana into little circles for better coverage.

i do enjoy a good toasted peanut butter and pickle sammich as well.
