Came in here to post that my disc was scratched and unable to play. I guess this is wasn't uncommon for others. I emailed them on friday and have yet to get a response. Would they send a replacement without a response or do I need to do more?

I hear people in Brooklyn, NY did not recieve theirs yet, I did, it was the 5 disc, I was supposed to get the 8, member since 2003. Not sure why I may be the only person in the NYC area to get their package.

what they do is they take all the package envelopes with the addresses already on them and they throw them up into the air. whatever ones land address side up, they take those, put everything inside, and ship them out that day. the rest are left for tomorrow. the next day, they take all the packages, throw them in the air, and whatever lands address side up gets sent out that day. they do this over and over until all the packages land address side up.

this is why who gets their package and when doesn't make sense. not everybody from the same town will land address side up at the same time. some might take a few tries before finally landing right. this is why some people don't get their package for 3 weeks after other people. their envelop just never landed the right way until then.

if you haven't received your package by now, call the warehouse and request another be sent. these things get "lost" all the time. the wh will send a replacement and worse case scenario, you end up with two.

You think they might be getting their membership stuff in in waves. Seems to me there was a big wave of people getting their stuff and now it seems to have died out. I can't believe they would forget to send so many members their stuff. It sounds to me like they are waiting for another shipment of supplies to mail out. Just a guess, who knows. We'll get it eventually.
