While spoon would be awesome I still think PFWYG would be such an incredible song for the band to break out. It only has 24 plays this millennium. 18 of those were in 03. We need to hear this AMA ing song once again!

I remember PFWYG at the WPB show in '08 and that was a great one. Would love to see that one again

I'm sure if I have a wish list, I think I am just really looking forward to my first trip to WPB this year, only 4 weeks from yesterday for N1.

First time going to WPB. A few questions:

What is around to do during the day? I saw there is a big shopping mall, thought i'd save that for Sunday before we leave.
How is driving and parking around the area?
I'm thinking, is it going to be a pain to get in the car and drive somewhere? Should we just plan on walking around town?
Also, it's been a while since I backread; places to eat?

I have two places reserved right now; Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike and Embassy Suites Palm Beach Gardens - PGA Boulevard.

Off the PGA Blvd exit there is a really great mall with some pretty decent chain restaraunts. If you're staying near City Place, there's a lot of shopping and some good eating there and I believe that's off the Okeechobee exit. City Place is also near Clematis St. where basically all of WPB good nightlife is if you're into hitting any bars or clubs. Take a car - you can't walk anywhere down here unless you're inside city place or the mall.

Parking isn't horrible at the venue. The last time we were there we did VIP parking and it was like ten dollars extra but worth it.

Hope that helps a little. The hubs and I are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn which is about 7 miles away.

keep going toward the water on PGA BLVD, and there's 2 great restaurants on the intercoastal, one one each side. one is a bit more casual than the other, so it just depends on your disposition on where to eat, but if you're up that way, try em out

Hey guys, for those of you who haven't booked a hotel room yet and are coming in from out of town, my friend and I just booked two nights at the Omphoy oceanfront resort hotel for $100/night on Hotwire. I'm pretty sure you can still get the deal for now, and it's a REALLY nice hotel (the cheapest you can get through the hotel's website is $239/night).

We had originally only bought tickets for N2, but just saw that there's lawn seats available for N1, so we decided to do both nights in style. Can't wait!

We stayed there 2 years ago and will again this year! It is nice - just steps (although very HOT steps) from the ocean!

I've already booked my hotel! There wasn't much of a choice, actually, since almost everything was overbooked.

I'm stayin' with a couple of friends at the SpringHill Suites, is anyone staying there?

Are there still any plans for a party?

Oh, and yes, I'm coming all the way from Portugal. It's a pit stop in my vacations

She booked it, so I'm not entirely sure, but I think it showed up as 4 stars.

According to betterbidding.com, that 2.5* one is likely the Oceanfront Inn.

The 4* one, which I'm guessing is that Omphoy, is now up to $193.

I'm thinking La Quinta on Okeechobee Blvd...still considering. Need a roommate?

My plan right now is to just book something close to the venue and hope for the best.

The two places that I have booked have no vacancies. I have until the 18th to cancel.
