Does anyone use either of the Outlook Web Email or Outlook Mail Pro apps? One is 10 bucks, one is 5 bucks, and I can't find a single difference between the two. I'm trying to figure out what makes Outlook Web Email half the price.

word to the wise...don't loose your phone! I wish I would have known this sooner...

I was sitting in my car on my way to work and had my phone in my lap. I jumped out quick because I arrived to my location and needed to find a place to unload. The normal spot I usually go to was blocked off by cones so I went to move them. A gentleman who looked to be some form of security said I wasn't allowed to use this spot as they had trucks coming in 10 minutes. I said fine, jumped in my car and drove away....with my iPhone laying in the middle of the street.

I went around the block came back around and it was nowhere to be found. I did the Find My Phone app within 10 minutes and it did not register a GPS signal anywhere. So I say, "oh well, it's gone for now. I gotta work." So i remote lock/send a message. I checked later that night and it had traveled 30 miles to hayward, CA and reception could not be picked up. I said screw it, it's gone...this guy is just going to keep it off and flip it.

So $600 later, I have a phone again....Lesson learned.

Although this is old news by now, just to add to this, although the dates weren't publicly confirmed by apple, a reliable source did confirm the dates to 5 majors news companies. Most assume the reliable source is apple. More info can be found here:

The smaller dock connector sucks too... Granted, they say they're going to have an adapter that will allow you to connect the older connectors to the new phone. Will that adapter be included with the new phone or will you have to buy it separately is the question.

ios is awesome.

my son is 2.5 yo, and he can unlock, find his folder, find the disney app, and pick what cartoon he wants to watch. get bored of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse? no problem, he'll switch it over to Jake and the Neverland Pirates all by himself. awesome for car rides and shopping trips.

There is a watch Disney app but it looks like it only works with Comcast/Xfinity tv service.

YouTube won't have an app on iOS6.

Good riddance. That app sucks. It's up there with Facebook and Maps in shittiness, and all three are getting upgrades.

they're shitty because 2/3 are google services. why make your competitor's services worth a damn? all were Apple maintained anyways.

Which is probably why they're dropping them. Google will still do search on Safari though, but I'm not sure what they can do about that, if they'd even want to do anything.

so i've been patiently waiting for this new iphone forever, because i'm far overdue for an upgrade (don't even have a smartphone). so my dad comes over this weekend, and he has the new s3. that thing is badass. may have a hard decision to make.

sums up pretty much how i feel right now. i don't currently have an iphone, but we're an "apple household". we have an ipod touch, an ipad, and my wife has the 4s. all of our music and movies are on itunes. i feel like i almost have to get the 5 to keep my world from falling apart, but i've really been underwhelmed with all of the rumored "changes". the dock connector isn't that big of a deal, because we don't have any accessories. but we do have about 10 cables laying around everywhere. the plus is that all of the changes and features on ios 6 sound awesome, so that may be the saving grace. damn you, samsung! why must the s3 be so pretty?!?

android has had most of those features for a while.

i'll say it again, the only saving grace for apple is continuity of updates and idiot proof design.

Not having a really big screen is awesome iPhone news. Stupid giant screens on Droid phones has been a major factor in my not even considering switching away from the iPhone.

Cord change is annoying, but I'll eventually build my stock pile back up via Amazon or monoprice or wherever.

Not stuck to Apple at all. iPhone is the only Apple product I own. My music isn't tied to iTunes. I'd have no problems switching phones. Will still be sticking with the 5.

i thought i would feel the same way, but the screen on the s3 really isn't that annoying. i could still hold it in one hand and do whatever i needed to. and when i held my wife's 4s next to it, it really was kinda sad.

that being said, i'm sure i'll go with the 5. i think i'm just tired of waiting. i've had the same non-smartphone for 3 years now. i seriously check for new rumors every day at work. kinda pathetic.

I actually agree with you about everything, unfortunately, however, I am already running ios 6, and to be honest, its nothing special at all. Yea you get the GPS, but its useless if you have no service (and just driving through upstate NY on a trip, or through the tunnels leaving manhatten, I lose service ALOT). I know that some phones with GPS are useable even offline. Yea, 3D maps is cool, but for me, completely useless. The rest of the features are basically useless as well, they are cool little add ons, nothing special. Apples new maps is not even close to up to par with google's maps.

Too add too all of this dissapointment, your gonna give me the same phone, except stretched out? Everyone was waiting for the redesign last October when the 4s came out, now almost a year later, and I'm not sure if I even consider the rumored iPhone a redesign.

In my opinion, only a few things are keeping the iPhone desired by many.

1. Usability, its easy. (But its time for a redesign of the os, we are all getting bored.)
2. Apps. (No other system comes close.)
3. iMessage. I know its not the biggest feature, but I, as well as most of the people I know, have grown acustomed to it.

I'll end my rant now. It's sad that I have this much negativity about apple, when I consider myself a "fanboy."
