Carter had the best line in this: "Get that 20 years off our backs and start another one, you know. Come back for 20 more."

I haven't been paying attention to if people are ripping the audio or where they are posted. Anyone give me some direction?

With this being an unlisted video, I'm just blown away how you found this. Great find, man.

How'd you do it?

And I'll go on record saying this is a much better Last Stop than Wrigley.

I guess it doesn't do much for me, I feel like every one of these and all of the others before have the exact same footage (not literally) of the band as they walk on stage - a lot of awkwardness. And the sloppy pre-concert high-fives remind me of old white guys trying to gain street cred by dapping up their small handful of black friends after a game of basketball. Or maybe it isn't street cred as much as "well, I don't know what to do around these guys, so I'll just mimic what they do on Yo! MTV Raps. Yeah, high fives & fist bumps will get them on my side". And the same goes with Boyd, he's like the awkward black dude who is in the high school band, doesn't "act black", doesn't "dress black" and is picked on by the athletes and gangbangers so he does the same (I'm not calling Rashawn or Carter gangbangers). The encore break itself was literally a circle of nothingness. But I digress........
This is the stupidest, most judgmental load of horseshit I've read on Ants - thank you very much for your post and fuck off. Your whole thought is a digression.

Awesome, my favorite entry yet. Such great insight to the inner workings of the tech side of the band. Definitely very interesting.
And the first one of these that I was actually at . Nice to see that Last Stop.

I don't remember him saying no Alpine. Plus there are 5 parts and you named 4. Sam had mentioned that there was indeed footage from WPB, Hershey and SPAC but I never saw where he said there wasn't footage from Alpine. Maybe just an oversight by me.

Re: Hello Again - Sam Erickson Documentary

There's a five page thread about this on another DMB forum -this wasn't hacked or anything. Whoever runs DMBs official youtube page made a mistake and uploaded part 5 as public to the official DMB youtube page yesterday. It showed up on a guy's youtube timeline (happened to be on youtube and it showed posted a min ago). He opened it and mentioned it on a forum. Two minutes later the video was private on dmbandtv as it was probably intended to be from the start. Amazingly the guy had ripped it and reposted it unlisted to youtube and posted the link now in this thread.

Just wanted to make clear the OP of that link in this thread didn't hack an unlisted youtube video link......was a dmbandtv mistake that unfortunately for them became a leak....

.

They already went through Hershey, which was after Alpine on that tour. Don't think Alpine is going to get featured.

Re: Hello Again - Sam Erickson Documentary

If you noticed they released the part of the documentary before the area it featured. So we would be getting part 4 sometime soon if it does feature Alpine. No reason to think they would release them in the order that the shows were played. They are obviously trying to drum up business for the tour with these, thus they all end with a small ad for the tour and where to go on the interwebz to get tickets.

The Last Stop is just so effing brilliant, especially with the reprise outro. Another great segment Sam, hope these are included in that mystery DVD!

This is funny. Have you ever tried to play Last Stop on the guitar? Its near impossible not to mess it up eventually unless you look at the neck of the guitar when you are playing. Doesn't mean hes looking at the teleprompter the entire time. And also, so what if hes looking at it? They still rocked the performance.

I'm pretty sure he is looking a little screen which has the lyrics and changes scrolling on it. Maybe just to know where the changes are. It has a lot of odd changes in it!

i dont think they rocked the performance, personally. Something about the 2010 Last Stops just doesnt do it for me and sounds very different in a bad way. Too much Tim, no Boyd at all. I don't play guitar so I can't respond to that, just looks like he's reading the entire song off the teleprompter. Not that it matters, but it just makes me not like the 2010 versions even more. Does that mean I dont want to hear it? No (I was lucky enough to hear Last Stop twice in 2010!), I just can't agree that it sounds awesome. I even like the 06 versions better. Sorry if you dont agree fine sir
