Also, I had a funny thought today. Would almost be like a "fuck you" to the viewers.

What if the show just threw it in reverse basically? Things settled down. Walt and Jesse slowly go their separate ways; Jesse goes back to cooking on his own and dealing in the streets. Walt goes back to his family life, grows his hair back, goes back to teaching

I don't think it's happening or anything, just would be hilarious.

I really hope this season they have flashbacks of what Gus did or who he was in Chile because i feel like he was a real bad ass.

Idk, in that flashback scene in Mexico where he meets the cartel, he kinda seemed like a little bitch. Like, it was watching his partner get murdered there in Mexico that made him turn hard.

I hate when TV shows split the "final" season into two parts. It's a cheap marketing ploy.

If you're showing it a year apart, it's two different seasons, freaky Orwellian language notwithstanding.

well in that scene the head of the cartel tells him that they aren't killing him because they know who he is. Then he tells him that he is no longer in Chile but Mexico.

i got the impression that he was connected in Chile somehow; the son of someone important, or a favorite nephew perhaps. nothing to base that on, other than it was my gut reaction to that episode.
